NEWGIZA is Egypt's first fully integrated upscale development, spanning over 1,500 acres in the 6th of October district, around 23 kilometres from Cairo on the Cairo-Alexandria road. On completion it will encompass ten pedestrian neighbourhoods, with nearly 90% of its land area given over to open spaces and wide streets. Plans include a five-star hotel, offices, restaurants, cinemas, art galleries, a music venue, a sports club, a golf course and retail areas — plus New Giza Health Park, an extensive medical district expected to become the country's premier healthcare destination.
