Diar Ras Al Hadd represents an integrated architectural and environmental vision on Oman's coast. The project includes a luxury five-star hotel with 200 rooms and 25 chalets (250 keys total), a specialty restaurant and a health club, plus the second-longest swimming pool in Oman. Designed to be environmentally friendly, it incorporates advanced sustainability technologies that respect marine ecosystems and biodiversity. On completion it is expected to boost the local economy through job creation and support for small and medium-sized tourism enterprises, blending heritage with modernity.
