Diar Dushanbe

Diar Dushanbe is a unique mixed-use development in Central Asia, on the shores of Lake Javanon and just five kilometres from Tajikistan's International Airport, close to the National Palace and National Museum. Tajikistan's first mixed-use development of its kind, it comprises five buildings with premium residences, serviced apartments, commercial space, retail units and a boutique hotel with 117 rooms and 69 serviced apartments — built with earthquake-resistant, energy-conserving technology. The project was recognised with a five-star accolade at the Asia-Pacific Property Awards as Top Mixed-Use Development, and was Highly Commended for Best Architecture in 2014.
